Hi I’m back to talk to you about what room 6 has been doing lately. At the moment room 6 is making little finger puppets, everybody is making really different things. Some people are even making fruit they’re starting to look really awesome ooh and room 6 have also been talking about the Christchurch earthquake and finding out some information about it. The earthquake was really bad so if you find out anymore information Mrs. Cross would like to know. Anyways I have to go see ya til next Thursday.

Hello, I’m going to tell you about what we have been doing lately. We have been looking at the big as earthquake in Christchurch I am so sorry for them. We have been looking at lots of picture and information anyway moving on from that room6 as also been making puppets finger puppets. They are lots of shapes and sizes some puppets are fairytales and some are made up. Well I’m sorry my hands are sore, sooooooo bye.

Sevens Sport Exchange !! Report by Jessica :-)

On the 1st of September the netballers went to the Te Puke netball courts by Te Puke Primary and High School. Soccer played at Litt Park and the hockey players went to Blake Park in Mt Maunganui and rugby played at ED.


The yr 5A team won the netball and so did the yr 6a team. Both teams are going to the regionals, the yr 5 and 6 soccer teams are going too and no hockey are going .The yr 5 and 6 team that are combined Rugby team also get to go.

Hey guys we're back! Today I’m talking about speeches. Room 6 doesn’t need to worry about speeches anymore. Yepee! Well apart from the finalists who are Jayde and Hannah they got into the semi finals but unfortunately Jayde doesn’t want to do it .So she gave it to Steffi but unfortunately she doesn’t want to do it either... but the teacher said Steffi had to do it.
Everyone is so glad that speeches are over, but the finalists are very worried and annoyed but I know deep down they are wondrously excited. Hannah’s speech was about bubble gum and how it should defiantly not be allowed at school, and Jaydes' one is about how at intermediate there should not be school uniforms. Well I’m sorry but my fingers are getting sore so...

Room 6

Hi there this is awesome room 6 here, we are just setting up our new blog to tell you about the things we are doing this year.
This term our study is fairytales, and we are doing a production and obviously the theme is on Fairytales. Some people cant wait, and some people can. LOL !
Also this term Harold the Giraffe has been for a visit. he was asking us if Friends and Friendly were the same... No, the answer is no it is not the same. A friend is someone who cares for you and Friendly is a person who cares for more than one person.
Anyway enough about Harold. This term we are learning about arguments, learning how to write arguments...like should bubblegum be allowed at school . This is going to be used for our speeches.
